Incomplete is a personal project for Izumi and I. Izumi worked most of the summer on this climb. As she was getting close to sending it, we decided that I would come along and see if I would be able to capture THE moment. Just two days were enough for us to get what we were all waiting for. Seeing the progression from one week to another was impressive. A move that she was not able to do the previous week ended up not being an issue on that day. Two tries were enough for her to send it and marked the end of a big summer project.
For my part, it was a big learning curve. Professionally and artistically. I saw the before and after of this short film and I’m looking for to do more of them.
